Support Services serve as the welcoming face and operational hub of the BCHD. Our team greets all patients, clients, and community partners, ensuring a positive first impression. We handle all incoming calls, providing comprehensive assistance and answering inquiries from patients and clients. Additionally, we offer translation services for Spanish-speaking individuals.

In line with our division's name, we support all other divisions within the organization. This support includes:

• Gaining a thorough understanding of each division's functions.
• Processing payments for services rendered by each division.
• Familiarizing ourselves with all intake forms used across various services.
• Scheduling appointments for all the services provided by our different divisions.

Every member of our division is cross-trained, ensuring that we have the essential knowledge to assist in any other division as needed. This cross-training enables us to seamlessly cover for each other, demonstrating our commitment to teamwork. Our primary goal is to support all other divisions and one another.
