Temporary Event Applications must be submitted to our office at least 72 hours prior to the event. If not turned in prior to 72 hours, you may still hold your event by paying an expedite fee which will bring your permit cost to $120. All Night Temporary Food Events will need to be set up before 9 p.m.

All time and temperature control foods (TCS)(raw or cooked) must be purchased and/or prepared in Brazos County. Receipts need to be kept to show proof of purchase. If any food is prepared at another location, it must be permitted in Brazos County.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for Temporary Food Permits.

Temporary event food permits are $60.00. NO Online or Over the Phone payments will be accepted. 

As of April 15, 2015 No check payments will be accepted.
