Don't let food poisoning ruin your tailgate!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer 
  • Make sure food is cooked to a proper temperature 
  • Keep food and drinks in seperate ice chests to avoid cross contamination
  • Use seperate cutting boards to prepare raw food, such as meat and fish
  • Keep food stored at 38 degrees Fahrenheit or below
  • Put food away with 90 minutes of cooking
  • When in doubt, toss it out
