Administrators of Long term/ Temporary Care Facilities such as:

• Nursing homes
• Personal Care homes
• Maternity homes
• Adult respite care centers
• Home health agency

Owners or managers of a restaurant or other food handling establishment

A parent or guardian

Administrators or health officials of a penal or correctional institution
