***ALL FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO POST A HEIMLICH CONSUMER ADVISORY***
Other advisories that may need to be posted in a food establishment are raw animal protein warnings and the buffet (get a new plate for each trip to the line) advisories. Consumer Information
There is a risk associated with consuming raw animal protein. If you have chronic illness of the liver, stomach, blood, or have immune disorders, you are at greater risk of serious illness from consuming these products and should eat them fully cooked. If unsure of your risk, consult a physician.
